 Richard M. Little, MD
Dr. Little practices at Regional Orthopedics in Spearfish and is board-certified in Orthopedic Surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and uses current, cutting edge surgical procedures and promotes speedy recovery and return to athletic performance. Dr. Little has been performing mini-incision hip and knee surgeries since September 2003. He performs a multitude of orthopedic procedures including shoulder instability, ligament reconstruction of the knee and ankle instability.
